Setup Schedule

Setup is available starting at 2:00 p.m. Doors will close at 6:00 p.m., with overnight security present.

Friday May 16, 2025

Setup will start at 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Doors open at 10:00 a.m. so please be ready at that time.

Pizza, salad and refreshments is part of the two-day registration, and will be served starting at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Overnight security Friday night will be present in the building.

Saturday, Dealers may enter the building start at 8:00 a.m., with doors opening for the Spree at 9:00 a.m. Doors close at 2:00 p.m., with breakdown until 6:00 p.m.

Although the Spree is considered a public event, efforts will be made to publicize Saturday for the general public. We will accept walk ups at the door for Friday attendees, with a $15.00 admission. Saturday admission is $5.00.

All Dealers/Vendors and their spouses / assistants must registered for the Spree. Upon arrival at the venue, please check in at the registration table. You will receive your table assignment at that time. Only Registered Dealers\Vendors and COSG Club members are permitted in the building during setup hours.

Hourly Door Prize Donation

We ask if you would consider a donation of a train related item for hourly door prize drawings. This request is not mandatory but would be really appreciated, plus we will promote your business!

Assistance

COSG members are available to assist you. Please ask if you need help unloaded your vehicle and/or bringing items into the building.
